Pricing: Homes up to 3,200 sq ft — $300 · Over 3,200 sq ft — $500. Additional detached structures may incur added fees at the discretion of Your Time Home Inspections. Estimated time: 60–90 minutes (up to 3,200 sq ft) · 90–120 minutes (over 3,200 sq ft).
