What does ongoing home management actually include?
We build your personalized maintenance plan, track what's due season by season, keep your home records organized, and coordinate trusted, vetted pros whenever work is needed, so you're never managing your home alone.
How does the program save me money?
Small issues, a slow roof leak, an aging HVAC, an early foundation crack cost 3–10x more once they become emergencies. A proactive maintenance plan catches them early and keeps them from snowballing. Most members say the program pays for itself the first year.
How often do you check on my home?
It depends on your plan. Gold includes two visits a year, Platinum three, plus year-round guidance and coordination in between. We keep your maintenance plan on track all year, not just on visit days.
What if I already have an inspection report?
Great, we'll review it with you at no charge, explain what truly needs attention, and turn it into a clear, prioritized maintenance plan. No new inspection required. And if you don't have a report, a simple walk-through gets us started.
Do I need to be home for the assessment?
It's not required, but we recommend it. Being there lets you ask questions and understand your home's needs firsthand.
