Sponsor Guidelines & Requirements

Home Wellness Program Sponsorship

To protect the integrity of the Home Wellness Program and ensure a consistent experience for homeowners, all sponsors are required to follow the guidelines below.


🔹 1. Service Scope Compliance (Non-Negotiable)

Sponsors may only perform and promote the service they are registered for.

Examples:

  • A plumber → plumbing services only

  • A painter → painting services only

  • An HVAC company → HVAC services only

If a homeowner requests a service outside of your scope:

  • You must direct them to Blue Ribbon Home Improvement Concierge, OR

  • Instruct the homeowner to contact our team directly

👉 This ensures homeowners are always connected to the right professional, not just the available one.


🔹 2. No Cross-Selling Outside Your Trade

Sponsors are not permitted to:

  • Offer services outside their licensed or registered scope

  • Subcontract or “bring in their own person” for other trades

  • Position themselves as a one-stop shop for services they are not approved for

👉 This program is built on trust and specialization, not convenience shortcuts.


🔹 3. Homeowner Information Submission (Required)

Sponsors must submit the homeowner’s information when gifting a Home Wellness Package.

This includes:

  • Homeowner name

  • Contact information

  • Property address

👉 This step is required to:

  • Activate the homeowner within the program

  • Enable follow-up communication

  • Maintain quality control and tracking

Failure to submit this information may result in removal from the program.


🔹 4. Referral Network Participation

Only active sponsors will have access to referrals generated through:

  • Their submitted homeowner list

  • Other participating sponsors

  • Blue Ribbon Home Improvement Concierge

👉 If you are not an active sponsor, you do not participate in the referral ecosystem.

This is a closed, trust-based network, not a public lead pool.


🔹 5. Package Purchase Requirement

Sponsors are required to purchase the Home Wellness Package prior to receiving the box.

No packages will be prepared, released, or delivered without confirmed payment.

👉 This ensures:

  • Proper preparation of materials

  • Inclusion of your branding and content

  • Consistency across all distributed packages


🔹 6. Professional Standards

All sponsors are expected to:

  • Represent their business with professionalism

  • Provide quality workmanship and service

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners

  • Honor any offers or coupons included in the package

👉 Your behavior reflects not only your business, but the entire Blue Ribbon network.


🔹 7. Alignment With Program Values

Sponsors must align with the core principles of the Home Wellness Program:

  • Transparency over pressure

  • Long-term relationships over quick sales

  • Education over confusion

  • Quality over shortcuts

👉 This is not a volume-based referral system.
It is a
relationship-driven network built on trust.


🔹 8. Program Integrity & Enforcement

Blue Ribbon Home Improvement Concierge reserves the right to:

  • Remove sponsors who violate program guidelines

  • Restrict referral access if standards are not met

  • Protect the homeowner experience at all times
